At HOPE Church, we believe that serving others is a wonderful way to make a positive impact in our community. By volunteering, we hope to meet the practical needs of those around us and spread the love of Jesus.
TRAINING MODEL

For all of our Ministries, we believe in training and the model of:

You're on your own and ask questions when things come up.
Give this ministry a shot for a few months, and if it's not the right fit, we can explore other options. Our goal is for you to flourish and develop in the ministry that aligns with your skills and calling. It may take some time to find the right fit, but we'll work together to find your place!

Volunteer Opportunities

Greeters
Greet visitors with friendly smiles and ensure they feel welcomed and invited to experience the HOPE of Jesus!

Ushers
Assist with any needs that arise during the service, such as health concerns, emergencies, late arrivals, and collecting offerings.

Cafe Team
Prepare coffee and set up snacks for the services at the HOPE Cafe.

Prayer Team
Prayer is super important in everything we do! Join our Prayer Ministry Team before the services and throughout the week.

Facilities Team
Help us keep our church clean before, during, and after services to ensure a warm and inviting environment for our guests!

Security Team
Ensure our environments are safe and secure. Training is required.

Portable Team
Join us at The Center on Saturdays at 4pm and Sundays as we get set up and tear down HOPE Church each weekend!

HOPE Kids
Teach children about Jesus in a fun, clean, and safe environment. If you love seeing kids fall in love with Jesus, this for you!

HOPE Students
Teach middle and high school students about Jesus, join in mentorship, and serve. #onehope

HOPE Worship
Do you sing or play an instrument? Use your gifts to worship and prepare our hearts to receive the word of God. Video audition required.

Audio
Audio Tech assists the band during rehearsals and services. No experience? No problem! Training is provided.

Media
Join our media broadcast team before and during our services!

Do you have a passion for recording or editing video? Come be a part of our team.

High-Rise Covington Town Center
Every 2nd Wednesday afternoon of the month we get to love on our friends at the High-rise. This outreach opportunity allows us to build relationships and make special memories. It's a blessing to everyone involved. If you enjoy serving elderly, this could be for you.

Garden of Gethsemane Homeless Shelter
On Wednesday evenings, volunteer at our local homeless shelter, prepare and serve meals, and chat with our friends!

We conduct 4 Core Meetings annually to train, equip, encourage, and empower all those who serve at HOPE and in our outreach efforts throughout the week. Stay tuned for our upcoming training session!
