God has a purpose and a dream for each of our lives, but discovering and living that purpose is a process. Freedom is never free. It always comes at a cost, and throughout history that price has been paid in blood, sweat, and tears. The greatest freedom ever purchased came when God the Father sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to the cross. He paid the price so we could be free from sin and experience new life. That means we have the greatest news the world has ever heard—the Good News of Jesus Christ. We’ve been set free, not just to celebrate our freedom, but to share it. Freedom that isn’t celebrated is soon forgotten. Freedom that isn’t shared leaves others in bondage and is ultimately lost.

Father’s Day

One of the greatest myths of our culture is the idea that you can have it all. The reality is, you can't. Most of us know that instinctively. Yet we still pack our schedules and our lives with things that aren't truly important. Why? Because we often fail to determine what matters most, and we fail to steward our time well. As believers, many of the struggles we face can be traced back to one issue: a lack of spiritual maturity. God created you with purpose and Jesus redeemed you for a mission. In this message, we’ll discover who we are in Christ, evaluate where we are growing, and learn how spiritual maturity positions us to fulfill God’s purpose for our lives. Our purpose is ultimately defined by the mission of Jesus, Luke 19:10.

God is the only one who can take the mess we make of our lives and bring good from it. However, there are things we need to do in order for His purpose for us to be fulfilled. God does His part and His Word makes it clear, we have our part.

Our first response may be to pray about our problems. However, there are specific ways to pray and some practical things to do when we’re faced with problems and difficult decisions.

Everyone has problems. They are inevitable in life. So what do you do when troubles trouble you? Pastor Brad walks us through several things about our problems from the first chapter of James. Then James gives us 4 ways to respond to our problems. You don’t want to miss any of this. You may not be going through any problems right now but you’ll need this at some point in your life.

Let’s be real! Mother’s Day can be hard! The truth is, women and men alike, are going to experience feelings that different seasons bring. And all the feelings are big! And they’re real! And, there, are, answers! 

Renee shares real struggles, amazing truths, and practical answers that when embraced, will allow us to have real happiness no matter what season we’re in.

If you’ve ever had prayers go unanswered—especially when they were centered on promises from the Bible that haven’t come true for you… or you’ve faced unresolved problems after asking God for help—this message is for you. Pastor Brad walks us through how God’s promises in His Word work in our lives and how the Holy Spirit works to enable believers to understand, accept, and apply the revealed truths of scripture.

In every relationship we sow seeds every day. You’re sowing seeds of anger, seeds of trust, seeds of conflict, or seeds of peace. According to the book of James, we have a responsibility to respond to others by planting seeds of peace and harmony. It tells us relating to others is a lifestyle and James gives us 6 ways we should act to relate wisely toward other people.

What does milk have to do with the Holy Spirit? With an illustration, Renee explains the roles of the Holy Spirit and challenges us to listen to and follow the Spirit’s prompting in our lives.

Almost everybody knows that Jesus resurrected from the dead. And we understand why. Or do we? In part two of the resurrection story, Pastor Brad continues to show us what a better life for those who choose to embrace it. You were made for more than just the good life. God created you for The Better Life.

How does God answer prayers? Or how do I receive an answer from God? Today Pastor Brad shares several real life stories from God’s Word and in doing so gives us 4 mindsets, or attitudes we must embrace to receive answers to our prayers.

We carry keys to unlock doors and it depends on their shape as to what door they open. Many of us are blank keys. We have the potential to open many doors with our prayer life. Much like a key, we have to be willing to be shaped, filed and polished in order to turn the right tumblers to unlock those doors. In this week’s message we look at the key conditions God gives us to have our prayers answered.

Many of us have misconceptions about prayer. We treat God like a vending machine.  Some think prayer is a first aid kit; it’s an act of desperation. Some think prayer is a duty. In this series, we're demolishing some of these misconceptions. Pastor Brad answers the question, “why do we pray?” He takes us through 4 purposes of prayer and end with a powerful time of prayer where we know God is going to send us answers.
