Weekend Services at HOPE Church

Welcome to HOPE

We're so glad you're here! We believe that everyone is deserving of a warm and welcoming community, and that's exactly what we strive to provide. HOPE is more than just a building - it's a way of life that's rooted in our faith in Jesus and our love for each other.

You have a seat at the table. So come on in, make yourself at home, and let's find HOPE together!

Hope Church of Newton - Covington, GA - What are Sundays Like

What Are
Services Like?

As soon as you arrive, one of our greeters will welcome you, answer any questions you may have, escort you to HOPE Kids (if you have children) and help you find a seat.

Your children will enjoy a safe, fun and clean environment where they will learn about Jesus with our children’s ministry volunteers.

Come early for coffee and fellowship! Our Cafe opens at 7pm on Saturdays and 9:30am on Sundays.

  • HOPE Church is located at The Center, 2104 Washington Street, three blocks west of the Covington Square. Parking is available along Washington Street in front of the Center and on side streets. Handicap and visitor parking is available at the entrance to the building on Washington Street. For assistance, look for our volunteers who wear red lanyards.

  • Yes, directly in front of the Building.

  • People who attend are seen, remembered and heard. They are learning how to apply God's Word to their life on a daily basis and discover their God-given purpose in this world.

  • HOPE is a place where a lost person would be comfortable sitting beside a mature believer. A homeless person would be welcomed sitting beside a wealthy individual and vise versa. We love big and are accepting of all people regardless. Unity is strong at HOPE. It creates a diverse culture of all people groups. We believe everyone has a God-given purpose. Our teaching is challenging; our promise is to teach the biblical principles of the Bible and how to apply them daily. You never know what to expect; we're not 3 songs and a sermon every week.
